Financial benefits

1. If you are unemployed, speak either Dutch or French, and live in one of the 19 communes of Brussels, Belgium, you can apply for language vouchers of the type "Projet Professionnel" from Actiris. Call 02 505 11 97, mail to espace-langues@actiris.be or go to www.actiris.be. You can exchange these vouchers with us for 80 free hours of group classes in Dutch, French, English or German!

2. You can also apply for language vouchers of the type "Job" at Actiris. Call 02 505 11 97, mail to espace-langues@actiris.be or go to www.actiris.be. You must meet the following conditions:

- You have started a new job or set up as an independent no earlier than 2 months ago, or you are about to get a new job or set up as an independent;
- You have registered with Actiris, taken a language test with them, and received a coupon valid for language vouchers of the type "Job" before being hired or having set up as an independent;
- You speak either Dutch or French;
- You live in one of the 19 communes of Brussels, Belgium, or your (future) employer is based there.

You can exchange the type “Job” vouchers with us for 20, 40 or 60 free hours of one-on-one classes in Dutch, French, English or German!

3. If you are a company or an independent based in the Flanders region, you can apply for a subsidy of up to 50% of the cost to enroll one or more of your employees in classes with us (or to enroll yourself if you are an independent). The maximum subsidy is € 2500,00 per year. The subsidy is managed through an online entrepreneurship portfolio; you can sign up at www.kmo-portefeuille.be.

4. If you are employed in the Flanders or Brussels regions, you can apply for a subsidy of up to 50% of the price of our classes. The maximum subsidy is € 125,00 per year. The subsidy comes in the form of training vouchers ("Opleidingscheques") which you can order online. Go to http://vdab.be/opleidingscheques/werknemers.shtml, call 0800 30 700, or visit a VDAB (Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding) office.

5. If you are a company or an independent based in the Brussels region, you can apply for a subsidy of up to 50% of the price of enrolling one or more of your employees in classes with us (or to follow classes yourself if you are an independent). The minimum subsidy is € 1000,00 and the maximum is € 5000,00. The subsidy is only awarded if the classes meet an urgent or exceptional need. For more information, visit www.primespme.be.
